On October 24th, 2022, ICRMS initiated a second policy dialogue and a third public lecture on Secondary and Tertiary Education for Afghan Refugees in Pakistan. The main focus was Afghan refugees’ financial inclusion. The specific focus of the dialogue was to explore the hurdles in getting access to Banking Sector, the documentation, and the procedural barriers Afghan refugee’s encounter. The range of the dialogue extended from POR cardholders to other legal identities of refugees and migrants living in Pakistan. Stakeholders from Pakistan were invited to this engagement, which directly dealt with the financial inclusion sector and state policy formulation departments.
