The First Career Counseling Session was held on February 3rd, 2022, at Muslims Hands High School, Ghafoor Town, Ghousabad, and Quetta. A total of 56 students participated in the session, among which 27 were females. The counselors were Mr. Ali Zain (career advisor, manager of job placement, and internships at BUITEMS). The two counselors’ counseling engaged male and female students in different activities. They were asked to write down their main goal and action points for the year. Mr. Ali Zain gave a productive presentation regarding how they can overcome the barriers in education and a lecture on how students can avail different quota-based or need-based scholarships. The students were also given a lecture on online learning and employment through which they can do freelancing and other business online.
