The International Centre for Refugee and Migration Studies (ICRMS) is excited to announce a remarkable opportunity for dynamic and committed professionals. We are actively searching for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Position Details:
Position: Office Assistant
Type: Full-Time (Contractual)
Reports to: Admin and Finance Officer, Project Manager and Director
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Duration: will be decided
Responsibilities:
As a Office Assistant at ICRMS, role includes:
Support daily office operations and administrative task
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist in coordination of meetings, logistics, and communication
Facilitate smooth flow of information within the team
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and basic reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the refugee or development sector (Preference will be given to Pashto and Dari speaking candidates)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Stock Management etc
