Call for Workshop - Expert 2026

ICRMS, in collaboration with UNHCR, invites qualified and experienced practitioners, academics, and professionals to serve as Resource Persons for a series capacity-building workshops targeting vulnerable refugee and host community students.
These workshops are designed to empower students by enhancing their academic, professional, and psychosocial competencies through interactive and participatory learning. The workshop will be on potential themes spanning International Refugee Law, Health & Environmental Protection, Academic Success, Technology & Innovation, Career Development, and Social Responsibility & Leadership. Resource persons are expected to bring hands-on expertise in areas such as humanitarian law, career counseling, life skills, communication, and social integration, ensuring participants receive practical, actionable knowledge grounded in protection-sensitive and gender-responsive approaches.

Eligibility Criteria for Workshop Expert:

  • Minimum Master’s degree (MS/MPhil or equivalent) in a relevant field; PhD will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or capacity-building sessions for students or young professionals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more thematic areas relevant to academic development, professional growth, social issues, or emerging global challenges.
  • Strong understanding and application of adult learning methodologies, including participatory, interactive, and learner-centered training approaches.
  • Proven ability to design training materials, session plans, and practical exercises tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Urdu and/or regional languages will be considered an added advantage.
