ICRMS Volunteer Interviews 2025

On April 21, 2025, interviews are being conducted by panels comprising staff members of the International Center for Refugee and Migration Studies (ICRMS) to assess students’ eligibility, motivation, and potential for participation in the upcoming ICRMS Volunteer Program. A total of 216 students have applied for the program, out of which 35 candidates from the 7th and 8th semesters have been shortlisted for interviews. Among the shortlisted candidates, 26 are male and 9 are female of which 7 candidates appeared in the interview. To ensure a smooth and structured assessment process, interview panels have been formed with members including Mr. Muhammad Kazim (Liaison Officer), Mr. Nisar Ahmed (Media and Communication Associate), and Ms. Fatima from ICRMS.

The interviews are being conducted in a professional and organized manner. Candidates are being evaluated based on their academic background, personal aspirations, and preparedness for the program. The panel observes that the students are demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and a genuine interest in becoming part of the ICRMS Volunteer Program. The next step in the selection process will involve a comprehensive review of each candidate’s interview performance, after which a final list of selected students will be compiled based on merit and their potential to contribute meaningfully to the program.
